The Whole Ionian is our flagship flotilla holiday and one we are very proud to offer. The flotilla spends two weeks meandering through the Ionian Islands from Corfu to Kefalonia and all those in between. This route is perfect for your first or second flotilla or for those who simply want to return and reminisce.
The Paxos flotilla visits some of the most picturesque harbours in the Ionian Islands. This flotilla sailing area is largely sheltered by Corfu and Paxos Islands, with regular afternoon breezes. We spend our evenings in wonderfully ethnic Greek village harbours and bays where you can swim and simply relax.
The Kefalonia route starts and finishes in Sivota on Lefkas Island and explores many picturesque spots on Kefalonia and Ithaka. This flotilla is perfect for first time flotilla sailors as well as experienced sailors looking to introduce family and friends.
Being in the South Ionian islands this route is generally very sheltered. You wouldn't want to spill that G'n'T after all... This said, a couple of days sailing down the Ithaka channel offers some great wind for sailing enthusiasts, with no significant swell.
Our Sporades flotillas have been a huge success from day one, and have proven to be an excellent flotilla route for our keener sailors. The unbeatable combination of gin clear water, great wind and beautiful beaches is proving timeless!
The Sporades Islands lie to the north of Athens, in the Aegean Sea. Amongst other things, they are famous for the regular summer Meltemi winds and as the setting for the 2008 ‘Mamma Mia’ movie. The area is also home to the National Marine Park of Alonissos and the endangered Mediterranean Monk Seal.
This two week trip takes you from Corfu through the scenic Corinth Canal and to several other lovely places like Galaxidhi and Trizonia! These deliveries to the Saronic Islands are very popular and book up early. These yachts return back to our Gouvia base during October, doing the reverse of the May cruises.
New harbours at Ericousa and Othoni have prompted a return to the Faraway Islands! A safe haven at Ericousa gives us more flexibility when heading out to ‘the Faraway’s’. In reality the “Faraway Islands” really aren’t all that faraway. They are named this as they are Greece’s furthest away islands from Athens! (Like Lands End in the UK or Finisterre in Spain.)
Explore the Ionian Islands without the crowds. Enjoy tranquil harbours and deserted bays during our early and late season placement flotillas. This route is one of our shorter placement flotillas that travel from Corfu down to Lefkas at the end of April and do the return trip in October.
During the winter, most of our yachts are wintered in Gouvia Marina, Corfu, where they receive comprehensive maintenance and cosmetic attention. At the end of April all the yachts are sailed to their summer bases and these trips are known as ‘delivery’ or ‘shakedown’ cruises. These shorter placement flotillas travel from Corfu down to Lefkas, Preveza or Plataria in May and do the return trip in October.
At the end of October all our yachts are returned to Corfu ready for our special Half Term Paxos and Corfu flotilla.
Our Saronic flotilla starts and finishes in Astrous, a small, stunning fishing village with excellent tavernas and friendly locals.
The first few days of the flotilla will be spent sailing south along the Eastern coast of the Peloponnese visiting some of the most beautiful ports the coastline has to offer including Tiros, Plaka and Kyparissi. The flotilla may aim to visit the stunning port of Monemvasia (weather permitting!). Dhokos Island is a popular spot where we often host flotilla beach parties in the large sheltered bay with spectacular sunsets.
This is a fantastic flotilla for those looking to sail the South Ionian with gentle breezes and fabulous bays to stop at for lunchtime swims. It is also brilliant for those who have done a flotilla in the North Ionian Islands and fancy exploring somewhere new!
The popular South Ionian area is full of beautiful harbours and bays to anchor for a swim. This is the perfect area for first time flotilla sailors or for more experienced sailors looking to introduce friends and family to their passion.
The return of our traditional two week Corfu and Paxos Area flotilla for selected dates in 2021 offers those who have overdosed on the South Ionian a wonderful opportunity to discover why we fell in love with the Ionian Island area. This is the home of the emerald waters that feature so heavily in brochures generally!
The Corfu sheltered waters flotilla visits some of the most picturesque harbours in the North Ionian. This flotilla sailing area is heavily sheltered by Corfu Island with regular afternoon breezes. We spend our evenings in wonderfully ethnic Greek village harbours and bays where you can swim and simply relax.
