Barrie and Heidi decided to give the ancient art of olive oil making a shot in this recent video, from picking and sorting the olives through to the mulching step, filteration, pouring and finally bottling. 

Have you ever seen such a brilliant fluorescent colour! (it does settle to normal olive oil colour over the next week or so)
