This page should hopefully help to answer any questions you may have about your holiday. Happily we have managed to adapt to all the changes in relation to the current pandemic and we are savouring the isolation of sailing around the Greek Islands.

Our New "Travelling with Confidence" Booklet
If you are sailing with us this year you will receive our "Travelling With Confidence" document via email. (Please let us know if you'd prefer a posted copy). We aim to keep it as up to date as possible, so we would advise checking back here before you travel, just in case any advice has changed.
Please double (and triple) check that all the details are correct on the Passenger Locator Form, this is vital even for leaving the UK. Be sure to put passport names rather than "known as" names.

Frequently Asked Questions
In the event that we are unable to run your holiday as planned (either as a result of a change to Foreign Office advice, a lockdown prohibiting you from travelling, the requirement to quarantine upon arrival, or if your destination is added to the "red list") you will be offered the full range of cancellation options including:
- Moving your holiday to a later date
- An ATOL protected Refund Credit Note
- A cash refund
Requests for immediate refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of the request.
Under current rules you will not need to quarantine on arrival in Greece.
Under the current "amber list" rules, fully vaccinated travellers and under 18's don't have to quarantine on their return from Greece.
Other travellers who don't meet these criteria may need to quarantine on their return home, and should check the latest government advice here.
Any travellers whose holidays may be impacted by the need to quarantine at home are requested to contact our team to discuss options for rebooking their holiday. (We don't charge any amendment fees, but customers choosing to move their holiday to 2022 may incur an extra cost in line with our 2022 prices.)
If you are unable to take your holiday as a result of having to self-isolate, we regret that our usual cancellation conditions will apply.
We therefore strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance that will cover you in the event that you or a member of your party has to self-isolate.
(We can't recommend specific policies, but a web search for "Best Covid 19 Travel Insurance" would be a good place to start. We'd suggest looking for a policy that will cover you if you or a member of your party tests positive, or if you have to self-isolate after having been contacted by Test & Trace.
You should double check your policy documents and may wish to contact your insurance provider directly if you aren't sure that you are covered. It is important that you are happy with your policy and that it covers you for all elements of your holiday, including cover for interruptions to your holiday as a result of Covid-19.

Yes! These will be sent in the post as soon as you have paid the final balance of your holiday. You can also access them online through the login area of our website.

Testing at the airport is random so there is a chance you may be asked to take a test.
This depends on your vaccination & recovery status (more information on pages 6-7 of the booklet above).
If you haven't been fully vaccinated or recovered from Covid-19 you will need to show evidence of a recent negative PCR test. (Children aged 12 and under are exempt from this).
Yes, supermarkets and mini-markets are up and running and well stocked. Tavernas and bars are also ready to welcome you!
Yes, your crew will still brief you every morning. This may not always be able to take place in a taverna (depending on the size) but your Lead Crew will find somewhere suitable for you to all get together.
As always, your lead crew are there to make sure you have the best holiday possible. If they need to come on board your yacht for any reason, you will be asked to go ashore (where possible).
They will disinfect any areas of your yacht that they have been working in once finished.
Passenger Locator Form
Both Greece and the United Kingdom require those entering the country to complete a Passenger Locator Form.

We have heard of scam pages charging a fee to speed up processing of the forms, but using these services could result in your form being invalid, and you could be denied boarding, so always make sure to use the official websites.
