Setting sail to waters unknown!
We have been kept up to date by Will and Pete, our two Cruising Instructors who are skippering Camino and Tinto for our Canary Islands Mile Builder. The crews set sail two weeks ago and by all accounts it’s been an amazing adventure for all!
The yachts began in Tenerife on Sunday 13th January and since then have sailed to most, possibly all of the Canary Islands. The weather has played ball and the crews have been enjoying the lively sailing conditions (a bit of a change from the Med)!
They even made it up to La Graciosa, a national park to the North of Lanzarote which, according to Instructor Pete was a real highlight. We look forward to the salty sea dogs returning and hearing more about the adventure! Full write up from Crew member Steve to follow….
