Sailing Holidays Ltd Summer Season 2013
Available only to UK Residents who are in the UK at the time of paying premium. Non-UK Residents are advised to make arrangements within their own country. This policy has been specifically designed for Sailing Holidays Ltd and therefore fully provides for the activities of a sailing holiday with no territorial water or distance restrictions applying.
It is essential that you are adequately insured when you travel and, therefore, we have arranged an insurance scheme through Towergate Chase Parkinson (a trading name of Towergate Underwriting Group Limited) underwritten by ETI – International Travel Protection available only to clients booking holidays detailed within this brochure. Towergate Underwriting Group Ltd and ETI – International Travel Protection are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Your premium should be forwarded to us with your sailing holiday deposit in order to ensure that you are protected by the coverage under the holiday cancellation section of the insurance.
The full terms, conditions and exclusion clauses are incorporated within the insurance document which alone constitutes the contract of insurance between you, the holidaymaker, and the Insurers. In the event of a dispute as to the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this insurance the terms and conditions of the insurance document alone shall prevail. Shown here are brief details only. The insurance document will be sent to you with your confirmation of booking. Of course, you may inspect the insurance document at our offices or a copy will be sent to you on request.

Definition of a family for sailing insurance purposes: Either one adult travelling with any number of his/her own children, under 18, or two adults travelling with any number of children, under 18, having either adult as a parent. A child is deemed as being under 18 on date of departure.
